9. T&Cs for clients who want to be featured/published on our website

Please note that there might be a certain fee for content writing and publication to get featured/published on our platform. This would be a nominal fee and you understand that we may charge money to get your story featured/published on our platform and this is not refundable once you make a transfer to us for our services. You also understand that we don't share your recorded interviews (audio or video), your answers for our questionnaire to any third parties. We protect your privacy and it is our priority. You agree that whatever information you share about you or/and your company or organization is true to the best of your knowledge. You also understand that we at Fame Hall, won't do any sort of verification/background check for the information you provide us. Since this website shares inspiring stories to aspiring individuals, it is your responsibility to share stories that are true to the best of your knowledge and we can't be held legally by you or our readers for any false information provided by you. You also understand that the stories are sent to you for a final check before they get published on our platform and we can't be held legally if any information is observed to be false after we publish. You may ask us to remove/update your story timely. You understand that there would be few stories that aren't paid and we reserve the right to decide on which stories would be paid and which stories would be for free/at a negotiated price on our platform. You agree that you are willing to get featured/published voluntarily without any specific commitment from our end. You understand that we can't help you or your brand/company/organization to boost sales/revenues etc. in any way. You understand that this is a personal branding activity and/or an activity/effort to increase your/your brand's/organization's/company's online/digital presence which is not guaranteed in any way though we publish your story on our website and social media channel(s) and try to boost/promote it with all our efforts and tools that are available online. You understand that you are our client and this is a nominal fee that we charge for content writing and publication on our website + social media channel(s). You reserve the right to let us know if any part of the content in stories is unfair/wrongly presented/copied and we will make all efforts to remove/update such content. Please don't give us a go ahead or please don't reach out to us to get featured/published if you don't understand/agree to these terms and conditions.

  • Majority of the content/images/photographs/infographics/videos we use are sent to us by interviewed persons/teams, friends, family, and our fans or online sources. We take all efforts to give credit to the photographers for the images, content from the internet which we take from the internet, wherever there is information. In case you come across a photograph or content piece, which you feel is yours without a credit, please inform us. We will either remove the content or give credit.

  • If you find any copyrighted/copied content in the website, we advice you to send us an email to contact@famehall.io and we would check and remove the copyrighted/copied content or give the editor/author the required credit. We can't be held legally for such content as we publish stories/articles to inculcate knowledge to our readers and we only publish stories after some good online research and after keeping best efforts on writing fair pieces of content. Please write to us in a vivid manner so that we could look into the copyrighted content and do the above mentioned.
